Skateboard Parks for Flat - roof buildings

Initial idea:

• My opinion is that skateboarding on top of a flat high roof building can be risky and challenging in order to fall off and create severe injuries.

Main issue:

Identify the main issue of the debate. Is is A or B?

• A - Flat - top roofs are good for collecting garbage.
• B - Spaces on a flat - top roof should be utilized as skateboard parks.

From my point of view I think the situation of this answer should be A because it is not secure of people to skate, from the problem of the elevated building creating injuries or even death.

Exaggeration:

1. The representation of something in a way that depicts it as far greater or more important than is true.
2. School grounds are so small that students are tripping over each other.
3. If skateboarders knew they could skateboard on roof tops, they would not be ducking and diving in and out of pedestrians, doing ollies and manuals and spins and grinds.

Fact	Opinion
Many people live in apartment buildings where the huge space on top is empty - and underutilized.	A skateboard park on the roof would be great for skateboarders who live in buildings.
Several citizens live in apartment property where there is an underutilized and/or empty space situated at the top.	A skateboard park is a great idea for those local skateboarders located around.

Pesita and Kalati live in rural Tonga. Similar to young people everywhere, they always have plenty to do around home after school.

Two children, Pesita and Kalati live in rural Tonga where they have many chores and housework to do after school. In comparison to other children around the world, both Pesita and Kalati interact with multitude  errands to participate in throughout the day before the next. From the comparability between New Zealand and Tonga, both retain these daily chores to remain a clean environment for the world.

It is written from the perspective of the chairperson of the extreme sport’s council Trevor Norris.

Arguments against the statement:

bungee jumping does not require skills or extensive training like most sports. Most sports involves an element of competition… bungee jumping is over so quickly, there is no time for team competition. Expert stunt actor Sam Nielson describes bungee jumping as a stunt act.

bungee jumping requires skills enable to be prepared for any errors that will happen during the jump. My perspective about bungee jumping is that it could be classified as a sport where competitors challenge each other by measuring the longest jump, however adding the disadvantage of equal weight. I think bungee jumping can be required for beginners to try out and be challenged to overcome their fear.

Fact of opinion:

Bungee jumping requires a great deal of courage ….strong courage to overcome fear.

• My perspective about this statement is a decision of an  opinion because the advantage of the story directs  parts of someone mentioning this statement.

We are learning how to analyse information from visual images and use inference skills to gain and/or develop understanding. 

Comparing and contrasting!

After analysing our group poster image beside, each member of our inquiry team replied to the poster questions shown on the poster.

As you can see, our group has responded to the related questions, with post it notes.

This task included comparing and contrasting similarities and differences.

Synthesis:

• In comparison to Papua new guinea to New Zealand is very different as the climate of our country has many weather changes as Papua new Guinea is very tropical, equivalent to many islands. There are identical similarities between Papua New Guinea and New Zealand as we both have sea walls, to protect our land and housing from damaging.

WALHT - Compare and contrast the learning of sea walls in comparison from Papa New Guinea and New Zealand.
