How was your holiday?

My holiday
It was the holidays and I was excited because my family and I was going to Sydney.We packed our suitcases before we left. Then my mum,grandma,cousin and I said goodbye to my family at home.Then we travelled to the airport and got our tickets.After we got our tickets, we went on the plane. Then we watched some movies and then we ate some snacks.Next we waited for two and a half hours and then we had chicken and rice for lunch. After that we had chocolate ice cream for dessert and then there was an announcement to say that we are about to land. Once we arrived I said “ Yay we're here”.Once we landed, we went to get our bags.I went out first and then my mum followed me while my grandma and cousin were getting their bags. When we went out, we saw Nese and Luiz walking in to pick us up. When we got to my aunt's house,I changed into my home clothes and then we all went to our uncles house to talk about the funeral.While they were talking I was playing with my cousins because I was bored. Then I went inside and my aunt gave me some sandwiches to eat and by then it was night time. After that we went back to my aunts house because the rest of the family headed towards my uncles house. We had a sleep over there that night.I woke up the next day and had a shower.Then I saw my mum crying so I went to her and patted her back because she was really sad about about her brother. After that I went to my aunt and she told me about the funeral.Then I told everyone in the house and we all got changed and hopped into the car.When we all got there we went inside to pray. After we prayed, I started to cry because he was my favourite uncle in the world. Then everyone started crying. Next it was time to shower him. My cousin Pearl took my other cousin and I to cool off, when we both stopped crying we prayed for him. Then said our goodbyes and went home.After the celebration, it was going to be special because it was time to bury  my uncle. We all went to the cemetery and then we lowered him down.Then everyone started to cry because he was the best. Then we all took photos and videos of the burial, to end the service we prayed and played his favourite songs and prayed many more times.

This holiday was very sad but the next holiday will be fun because my family and I are going to Australia again.
