The Liturgy of the Eucharist is part of the Easter vigil in the Catholic religion. During Mass people receive Jesus' body and blood (the bread and wine) also known as the Eucharist. As the priest provides the bread the response ends with AMEN an utterance of an end of prayer meaning "So be it".
